However, we always want our customers to have the best experience possible.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at cc@themadlyme.in
with your order details and unboxing video/photos. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for damage or wrong product issues.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Refunds (if approved for damaged/defective cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
